For braves the world belongs! In that way you mustn't change any file. None of files is deleted. You should get two additional files: arachne.spec and arachne-1.66b.i386.rpm And then # rpm -ihv arachne-1.66b.i386.rpm .rpm packages are powerfull, you could easilly install, upgrade, uninstall packages without problems, not like in Slackware or in Windows.
That arachne.spec is for PLD, but I hope it "will work" with RedHat, too. If you have any problems feel free to inform us what is wrong. BTW, if you are using Linux to read mail, you could easy split digest into seperate mails. See manpages for procmail and friends. Witold Filipczyk
