Excerpt from Clarence Verge:

> Bummer all around.
You KNOW, that like js and all the other unnecessary stuff that gets
jammed down our throats, our IP traffic WILL be converted to ipv6
and there will NOT be a DOS based browser for it. Ever.

> I, personally, will never use W9+ aplications no matter what they could
do for me. Linux ? While I mind it a lot less than M$crap, any version
that supports this new protocol (never mind telling me I can compile
my own - I've got better things to do, believe it or not) will probably
be only available in some horribly bloated 800Mb distribution requiring
a microwave oven to run - most of what I hate about M$ software.

Linux and the BSDs are all ready for ipv6.

Is there any Internet applications software development still active for
Win 3.1, or has that come to a standstill? Any further software development at
all for 16-bit Windows? Even less future for Win 3.1 than for plain DOS? Will
Win 3.1 Internet applications join DOS Internet applications in falling off the
edge of the earth when ipv6 takes over?

Is there any recent further development for Net-Tamer?
