I get the digest instead of individual massages.
(no individual xMailer lines)

For this reason (and because I have a bad memory), I forgot that you
are using Linux Arachne v1.66b

That's why it takes so much longer for all those images.
No keepalive in Linux Arachne v1.66b
Nor in any DOS version before v1.69

I'll disable KeepAlive and try it again.

Only 1:15 with Linux NS v4.61

AFAIK,
That's the only big difference.
