As I remember, the key to a compuserve script was "requesting the csi network" and
using the "goPPPconnect" extention with your password. Knowing what comes up will
tell you what you need in the script. Logging in manually tells you what prompts.

Mine used to be:
connected at 28800

(send) [Return]

host:
(requesting net id send-) CSI [Return]

login:
(requesting id send) "username" [Return]

password:
(requesting password and route command) "password";go pppconnect [Return]

from there, it should start packet negotiations

It has been a little over a year, but that is what I used. I also know that it
depends where you are, and what net to ID. Some are compuserve, some are sprintnet
etc. Manual login will tell you the questions. Then the script is (was) like above.
I've been told they don't accept DOSCIM anymore, so I don't go any more.

hope it helps.
