It's *not* a <body> option.

Any .htm file generated with the old version of wwwman will not have
"nocache". So *will* be cached by core.

Any that were created by the new version will have so won't be.<VBG>

The same holds true for old vs new (idxfast, idxhead, insight)
(old version HTMs will be cached... new ones will not be)
