There is nothing like "ssh type of login via telnet".
Either telnet or ssh.
The ssh port of this site is closed (either no sshd runs, or a firewall
blocks that port)
If you have used a telnet client (eg typing telnet on a linux box) than you
get a telnet connection.
ergo: access via ssh seems not possible.
