graphics viewer for BMP and other formats

Dear List:


    I saw on the JASC homepage site a viewer called Quickview for
DOS which cost 49 dollars or more, which claims to support many
modern Internet formats.  Is it worth the price? Or just another
abandoned DOS software project which still has a page on the WWW?
