I'm just reporting what he said in court this past week. It's nice 
to see him sweat in public. He's like the poor little rich kid who
declares "if I can't play by my rules then I'm taking my ball and
going home". Obviously he's not thinking. 

And he's had absolutely no scruples about stealing the intellectual
property of others and converting it for his own purposes. Watching
Gates spout about "piracy and theft" would be amusing if he wasn't
so mesmerized by his own snake oil.
