Maybe there is a problem with the memory area where LSPPP loads or else
some vector conflict. I use LSPPP without problem, but I'm not using Pine.

My suggestion(s):
Disable logging with LSPPP so they both don't try to write the disk at
the same time. If you load LSPPP high, try it low (or the reverse).
Change the IRQ vector - you may have to try several. Try 64 and 65.
I found I have stuff vectored at 61 I didn't know about. :(
If you have Qemm you can use Manifest (MFT) to view the current interrupt
vector usage. (First meg | interrupts | F3 to view by number)
