Could I see the config.sys and autoexec.bat associated with it ? It can't just be the clock speed. I just ran speedchk on my Vesa Local Bus 486dx33MHz ramdisk using IBM PCDOS 3.3 and got 6 and 6 - twice as fast as your 386dx33. Then I ran it on my 386dx20 ramdisk and got: 22 and 22 :(( Want more confusion ?
