It works fine on my P90 and P200 MMX.
Both use Award Bios (V4.50PG and V4.51PGM)
You wouldn't have a FAT32 system on the P150 would you ?
Not that I would have any idea how that would affect the boot tho. :-/
BTW, PC-DOS 3.3 on the P200 runs speedchk in 0 and 0 seconds. <G>
I normally use MSDOS 5.0 on it. Speedchk runs in 1 and 2 seconds.
