I'm an unrepentent, backslid advocate of write behind/delayed write 
cacheing. I've only been stung once, when I forgot to turn off the 
cacheing software before defragging. If my house burned down from an 
electrical fire, my next house would still have electricity and I 
feel the same about delayed write caching. I'm through preaching now. 
And they all said "Amen". ;)
