I don't know who this guy is, but he's is spamming all over the place. 
I greatly doubt he is from Texas.  The website appears to be innocuous
but I didn't check super closely for nasty javascriptish potentialities.

Note in future for things that won't render under Arachne.

1. Look at the attachment itself in your cache ... if you see something
like GIF or GFIF then it is an image; if you see something like JFIF the
same thing.

2. Take note of the message number; exit arachne and edit the message
where it says "application/octet-stream" or "application/binHexMac" and
replace that line with "image/GIF" or "image/JFIF" depending upon what
the coding was in the actual attachment.  Save the message.

3. Return to that mail in Arachne, reload it as necessary, and you
should now see the attachment name with proper suffix, and should be
able to view the attachment with no problem.
