This thread is entertaining ... [I must have been doing something wrong
for all these years].
[assuming files to hand]
boot from floppy / fdisk / md "DOS" / copy bits to C:\DOS\ / (do
autoexec & config) / ... functionating system.
er, "Setup" not required, just the right stuf in the right places.
copy ure progs to appropriate Dir. should work fine. [or not]
my DOS 6.22 "setup" disks puked on me & I found this just as well.
