That's almost what I remember. IIRC, the 16-bit DOS version is to stay in the 1.x range and 2.x will be used for other systems. Not much of a diffrence? There's one, GCC is to be used to compile the 2.x series, and with flowerpot ported to for instance Allegro a native 32-bit DOS version can be in the 2.x range. //Bernie
