Arachne recognises both , and ; as a seperator. All it does is convert the messages to HTML format for viewing. (and moves them to different directories) Core.exe (the main executable of Arachne), is the program which does the sending and receiving of eMail. (core.exe also does the actual saving of our composed messages into the correct format for sending) Place your cursor on either the "Send mail Now" button or the "Save to Outbox" button and you'll see the message in the lower-left of your screen...
