Well, different things upset us. I think the best way to limit
spam is keep a clean email address and only give your "prime
address" to people you really want to hear from.

How much spam could you be getting that it's an economic issue?
How long are these occasional longdistance downloads with a
slow modem? 

Other than to be amused someetimes when I see something novel
in the way of a pitch, I don't give spam much thought at all.
I just delete it. And move on with my life.

But it would piss me off to not be able to get mail that I 
want because some people find something objectionable about the
source. I think that really sucks big time.

That's my personal opinion. And I'm sticking to it.
