Thank you very much to all who have confirmed this. :)))

http://www.angelfire.com/id/glenndoom/ara171ue01.htm has been updated
to fix the problem.
It now links to a ZIP file (ar171sfx.zip), which contains ara171ue.exe
(no more confusion about what to do with the file to get it working) ;-)

To all who had any kind of problem as a result of this.....
Please accept my most humble apologies for not knowing what the problem
was and not fixing it much earlier.
