Points a,b, and c are correct on my machine (W98), but point d is not! I thought 'your computer' worked fine after running widows, just as you suggest, but there are still problems--try hitting the 'enable/disable icons' button and I think your system will freeze; ditto if you hit the double arrow 'reload' ikon. It seems that after arachne has been run under windows, she somehow saves a snapshot of all drives; when you reboot to DOS, this existing snapshot is accessed when you first hit 'your computer', so things look fine; but when you ask her to reexamine the drives (as by hitting the reload ikon), you find that she hangs exactly as before. The reason I think this bug should be easy to fix is that, even under DOS, *all* the drives on my machine can be accessed one at a time--FAT32, CDROM, ... all of them. They just can't be *listed* all at the same time. Can you guys/dolls confirm or refute this? Ray Andrews, Vancouver, Canada -- Arachne V1.71;UE01, NON-COMMERCIAL copy, http://arachne.cz/
