Hmmm ... IMNSHO experienced users with 486+ are too limited by DOS to use it.
The only market I see are old computers -486 and die hard DOS users who started
long ago, and are too lazy to use a real OS instead of a boot loader.

hmmm ... as long as OS != Windows this is no problem

sure

install the other OS than install windows in another partition.
NT/XP comes with its own bootloader (which happily loads linux or any other OS
if told in the boot.sys file or what it is called)

Change the bank.
My bank uses only standards conpatible stuff.
SSL and in times of the idiotic 40 bit crypto limitation a JAVA applet that did
its own crypto before the ridicuolous 40 bit SSL crypto.
Worked and works well with any OS supporting a SSL enabled browser.
