I have been using several mail transport agents under DOS. But always returned to core.exe, Arachne is the best one. smtpop12 (and older versions) fdsmtpop tcpmail (probably best) ukappp (no idea which of the 163 files actually does the job) Download sites should be easy to find through Google. Look at Dev's "Interesting DOS programs" first.
