If this modem is recognised and dials in Dos real mode, it's time to look at arachne.cfg, ppp.log, config.sys, autoexec.bat, the output of mem/c>mem.txt, set>set.txt. Just don't forget to remove passwordS from arachne.cfg before attaching or copying it to the message...
