just have tested UE01 with CYRILLIC.APM. Works :)
My problems (I run UE01 from Windows 98 DOS-box):
1) by installation I've got in my CONFIG.SYS a line FILES=50 instead of
quit valid and usual for me FILESHIGH=100;
2) when running POP3SMTP.ASF I've got illegal xSwap in line 792
HTMLUTIL.C (ASF did its job correctly and failed trying to exit);
3) can't modify a message in OUTBOX (readmail.dgi produces Arachne Error).
