Har, Har, Har, Har! Compuserve forum SysOps, although quite knowledgable, are *volunteers* and do not work for Compuserve. Even they have a problem getting information to Compuserve personnel, and they make open jokes about it. I posted the question on the Tapcis Forum (Tapcis is an e-mail program written purely for Compuserve) and got two responses.
