I don't have that problem. I have intalled the EXTED150.APM. You can set it up to work in conjunction with your favorite text editor. This APM is no longer available at the Arachne download site having the featured plugins. EXTED150.APM was written for a much older version of Arachne (version 1.50?). When you install it it will automatically modify your MAIL.HTM file in a manner that you most probably will not like. In order to better adapt EXTED150.ATM for use with the current version of Arachne you should save the MAIL.HTM file for your current version and then make manual changes as needed in the part that deals with the handling of the REPLY.DGI part. Then copy your manually modified MAIL.HTM over the MAIL.HTM that was created by the installation of EXTED150.APM. EXTED150.APM could probably easily be modified so that it would auto-install just fine and in a manner that will not mess up the look and feel of your current MAIL.HTM. I have tried all the the other external editor APM's that I know about. EXTED150.APM is still the one that works best for me. The only problem with it is that installation is not as easy with the current version of Arachne. EXTED150.APM is a 5023 byte file. I will send it by private email to any list member who might request a copy. Also I will provide a short text file explaining how you will need to modify the REPLY.DGI part in your current edition MAIL.HTM.
