I find that Win3.1 Acrobat Reader works just fine with my HP Deskjet
600 set to "fast" mode.

I use a working setup of GhostScript with Arachne. It works just fine
with a little tweaking, and is able to get the graphics to display.
Each page becomes a single graphic, which prints just fine with PRINTGF.
