Hi,
We recently tried installing Arangodb 3.1.6 ( Default installation settings
) on DC/OS 1.8 ( 1 master, 4 agents). However the
arangoDB process goes to unhealthy state and it is not working. We removed
arangodb based on
the process outlined here :
https://github.com/arangodb/arangodb3-dcos/issues/2
But still we were not able to re-install them. We found that though
arangodb is uninstalled from
DCOS, the system resources were not re-claimed and individual arangodb
processes were still running
on the agent machines.
In the services tab, 4 of the tasks are running successfully and one of the
task is unhealthy, the stderr message in the
unhealthy task is :
I0104 12:20:58.488092 23 CaretakerCluster.cpp:470] And here the offer:

instances: 2, running DBServer instances: 1
We able to run other applications such as Spark on DC/OS, hence i feel
there should not be any problem with
DCOS.
Another question we have is, is it possible to execute to install versions
such as 3.0.12 using DCOS.
Regards,
Praveen
