Hi,
as you can see in the log output its failing to locate the arangodb binary
which you installed to /usr/local (afair?) on all nodes?

This non-standard setup you need to specify

--arangod /usr/local/sbin/arangod --jsDir /usr/local/share/arangodb3/js

(just guessing - please re-validate that its actualy the right directory)

Cheers,
Willi
