Hello,

I have a similar use case for project where people will have feeds that
can be seen by their friends, I recently checked how Twitter handles it as
perfectly fits to what I need, seems Twitter handles it by keeping separate
lists for each user and inserts document ID to top of the list when a new
tweet is added (that list is valid for active (30 days) users and only for
800 tweets) . So, when checking all needed is documents related to supplied
IDs.

Actually it made me more sense than querying each time as they quoted "we
tried naive approach and it died quickly" :) . On my own, I intend to
implement such thing.
