*Job Requirements:*

Management of Clarity Service Desk (service requests are handled through
email box)

Day-to-day operational support (technical services)

Monitoring and availability of Clarity application and infrastructure

Performance monitoring and tuning

Resolution of issues related to application infrastructure (require
coordination with Technology Operations)

Production defect tracking and resolution

House Keeping

Production Application Support (system administration services)

Resolution of Clarity functional issues reported by end-users

Resolution of issues related to daily processes (manual and automated)

Clarity User Access Management

Clarity operation support for daily, weekly and monthly processes

Continuous improvement - identify opportunities of improvement, develop and
implement solution

Maintain operational and system documentation

EPMO Liaison

Enhancements – capabilities improvement, reporting etc.(minimal enhancement
at this time as the bank is currently running v12.1)
