*Job Description:*

*Experience with CIMPLICITY HMI or Wonderware and workbench is mandatory. *

*Industrial automation companies. L&T, Rockwell, Honeywell etc**.*



*Requirements *

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline

•    At least 3 years of support experience

•    Experience with CIMPLICITY HMI and workbench

•    Automotive or manufacturing experience

•    Working in a remote customer service environment handling service and
incident tickets

•    Experience with the ITIL model including incident, problem and change
management

•    On call support available including nights and weekends on rotation

•    Windows server environment

•    SQL server familiarity

•    Experience working with Microsoft Office products

•    Support the Operations Team by promptly responding to escalated
business requests, incidents, and inquiries

•    Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical
audience

•    Resolve production incidents identified. Resolution paths include
triaging the issue and either personally resolving the technical solution
when applicable or engaging other resource teams to help in resolution

•    Manage multiple requests with competing priorities

•    Conducts root cause analysis and correlation of other system and/or
application problems of high complexity, and communicate findings

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work
with a diverse group of personnel

•    Working with Programmable Logic Controllers

•    Firstpage paging service

•    Sequent Marquee Manager

•    RSLinx/OPC Communication software
