I'm trying to get opensolaris installed on my system (2008.11), and I am running into an error with the nge driver from the Nvidia 8200 chipset, where the MAC address ends up backwards.
I've found I can get it to work, by setting the mac address using the ifconfig nge0 ether 00:22:15:xx:xx:xx command. I'm trying to figure out how to get the system to do this automatically on startup. Can anyone give me some pointers on this? Or is there a cleaner fix for this issue?
