I'm assuming this is in reference to the "arc-process" project. I
believe it should be endorsed by the arc community. ARC members, I'll
give this +1 for endorsement. If I get another +1, and no -1's within
24 hours, I'll go ahead and add the endorsement (I *think* I'm the ARC
"Facilitator" in OGB parlance.)
