Hi, I want to submit a ARC case as a new ARC intern.
I am trying to run a script in /shared/sac/bin called sac_nextcase. Though I am able to access all the files with this share, the script reports a 'cannot create' when run. To replicate On sr1-cbjs07-01.prc 1. su qc161282 2. cd /shared/sac/bin/ 3. ./sac_nextcase 4. Fill in the fields. 5. It tells me: Creating project: This Is Test ./sac_nextcase[3]: /shared/sac/Archives/ProjectDB/projstatus.db: cannot create # Getting a case number ... ./sac_nextcase[30]: I've submitted a service ticket to service desk, but they can't not solve the issue for me, who can help me?
