[arc-discuss] Discussion requested for a new ARC Policy on "Expectation Taxonomy and Repository Requirements"

  I'll try to catch up with the other messages in the thread, but I
  would like to understand whether or not LSARC/2008/061, "FOSS Check
  List", is being used by all ARCs, or otherwise.  That case seems like
  it was trying to address the same area--changing the set of legitimate
  questions for an initial OSS integration--so it would be interesting
  to understand what shortcomings have presented since being approved.
