A few more (perhaps helpful) things that I should have mentioned here:

  - The ARC review process is intended to work fine with documentation
    you already have.  It should not be necessary to reformat or
    restate things for ARC consumption.  (Though, obviously, plain old
    text is preferred by many members over any other format.  It has
    the broadest applicability and greatest longevity.)

  - If you find you're spending more than an hour or two getting ready
    for an ARC review, then something may be wrong.  Consult with your
    project case owner.  The process is not at all intended to be
    onerous.  It _should_ just be a review of things that you'd
    normally do anyway as part of normal development work.

  - For full cases, the case owner is assigned automatically by the
    ARC.  This happens some time between case submission and the
    inception review.  If you need it to be done quickly (because you
    have questions to ask), then drop a line asking for an owner, or
    mention it in any ARC meeting.
