If you would like to see the ARC case materials for the cases in question,
it's a simple matter of sending mail to the arc-discuss list giving the
case id's and asking for someone to work on releasing them.
I believe the cases you're looking for are:
PSARC 2005/723 - Solaris Trusted Extensions Filesystem Labeling
PSARC 2002/240 - ZFS (Zettabyte Filesystem)
(Both are currently "manual" exposure, which means only files that someone has
reviewed and marked as free of confidential information are published, and
that doesn't seem to include details of tar format changes in either one.)
