While the case went to FWARC, it does cover the interfaces between OBP &
Solaris, and did result in changes visible in the OpenSolaris sources,
so is in scope for OpenSolaris.
The core of the case is handling of non-Sun USB keyboards - both in how
to do the equivalent of a Stop-A on a keyboard with no Stop key, and in
how to set which language layout is in use when the keyboard doesn't
report it via the optional USB countryCode like Sun keyboards do.
It defines the keyboard-layout OBP variable that Solaris queries to pass
localized layout information from OBP to the OS.
