Changed the mouse pointer code so that the offset is set as it logically should
be.
It appears that the cause of the pointer not moving fully across to the left is
a bug
in the Radeon driver when using hardware sprites, at least on my setup. A
workaround
is to set SOFTSPRITE=YES in the Radeon monitor tooltypes.
