Made the public screen really public, arcempanel will now open on it - although
the
pointer gets stuck within the window due to a bug in the Intuition
SetWindowPointer()
function. The screen will now keep trying to close if the first attempt doesn't
succeed (will fail if arcempanel or other visitor window is open). Also fixed a
couple of compiler warnings.
