I've checked in the webpages to a seperate module so that everyone else has access to edit on them. I've not yet copied them on to the visible site and won't for a couple of days (see below). Here's how to get the files. setup your CVS root as normal (eg on linux/unix) > export CVSROOT=:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/arcem and then > cvs get webpages Feel free to hack away on them, and I'll try and upload the blank HD and floppy images today. I guess we could make them live sometime over the long weekend if there's no major blockers. I had a thought about editing the pages that means we can't quite use this method below. > - Check out the webpage project > - Edit it locally and test it > - Check in changes These work as before. > - ssh into the sourceforge shell account and type 'cvs up' to make the > live website up to date. Due to eveyone having different cvs usernames/password (the username would be written into the CVS/Root file) means only one person could sensibly do this. So it's probably simpler to do this - After making changes and checking in, use sftp/scp to upload the pages you change to the sourceforge shell account as we currently do to edit pages. That way updating the webapges isn't locked to pestering one person to type cvs up, but it is slightly more tedious, and people need to not edit the 'live' ones directly.
