Ah, that'll teach me to apply the patch manually :)

I was going to upload another version in a little while anyway, so I'll 
make sure those changes (and anything that might be stopping your !Boot 
from working) make it into the new version.

Why the new version? I found that disabling the ARMul_ImmedTable and
using the ROTATER macro directly resulted in a nice performance boost
on ARM (around 8%-9% faster when sat idle on the desktop). So use of
ARMul_ImmedTable will now controlled by an #ifdef, so it can be 
enabled/disabled as needed on a per-platform/CPU basis.
