upgpkg: libgig 4.2.0-1 Upgrading to 4.2.0. Switching to correct license (GPL2). Adding provides for libgig.so, so it can be tracked. Adding autoreconf to prepare(). Installing docs. Removing ld.so.conf.d entry (this should not be required with pkg-config).
