Changing to correct license (GPL2 and later). Switching from ftp download to https based sourceforge tarball. Adding libid3tag.so to provides. Adding dummy files to be able to run autoreconf in prepare(). Adding correct version of library to pkgconfig file using sed in build(). Adding docs. Retabbing.
