upgpkg: csound 6.17.0-1: Upgrade to 6.17.0. Add debug package. Run strip-nondterminism in build instead of package(). Simplify calls to cmake/make. Add correct pkgdesc for csound-doc. Remove the use of srcdir where not needed.
