upgpkg: xfce4-power-manager 4.16.0-2: depend on xfce4-notifyd (FS#69616) xfce4-power-manager is misbehaving if notifications are unavailable. An alternative would be to depend on notification-daemon, but the packages providing that name are being shadowed by a package with the same name.
