Now that it is an automatically generated list, I wanted to ensure some poor mirror in Australia didn't get stuck with that default first spot. This will at least force people to make a conscious effort to uncomment some mirrors. For most people it won't matter anyway as the file will be installed as a pacnew. -Dan
