Hi, It seems both filesystems at the same time in the kernel is not working for aufs2.
I prepared a new kernel which removes unionfs completely and only adds aufs2 to kernel package, to fix the functionality of aufs2. I can check this one in to testing if you want that. - Added also aufs to replace line.
