Please signoff for both architectures.
This is just a rebuild of the package with the replaces=('host') option
set.
This is done because the "host" package is 2 years old and doesn't work
correctly (FS#14158). Looking at the small size of dnsutils, I see no
need to keep an old resolving package with old outdated and insecure
resolver code in the repositories.
