Do we now have to compile all plugins separately? Anyone in favor of adding the other plugins (only qca-ossl is there now) to extra as well?

What happened to the QCA plugins? In 2.0.1, they were included in qca,
but in the next minor update 2.0.2, they are not compiled with it. I am
especially missing the gnupg plugin.
